Join the directors of First Steps Himalaya for a unique glimpse into the work of the charity and what it is achieving in rural Nepal. Visit project schools, meet the teachers and see for yourself why it is so important for young children to have quality child friendly teaching in nurturing learning environments.

Visit our training centre and see our practical training in action. Learn how our first earthbag building stood up to the earthquake of 2015 and how we then went onto build six more earthbag school buildings and a residential training centre.

During the tour, you will also visit a renowned Buddhist monastery, pretty rural villages and a historic hill top fortress. There will be plenty of time off to explore at your own pace.

Stay in excellent accommodation handpicked by us for their sustainable practices, good food and warm hospitality. You will travel by comfortable tourist bus.
