Travel Insurance

Beyond the Clouds requires all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of their trip.  This will not only guarantee you peace of mind while you travel with us, but also covers you for many of the things that can go wrong while overseas. Travel insurance details must be supplied to us prior to departure.

When choosing a travel insurance provider and policy, it’s important that:

  • Your policy covers you from the date you depart your home, until the date you return home.

  • Your policy offers coverage for any adventure activities you may take part in on your trip.

  • You read through the terms and conditions of the policy to make sure that the policy is right for you.

Please read any insurance policy thoroughly to become familiar with what may or may not be covered.  Travel  insurance policies may not cover expenses resulting from pre-existing medical conditions. If you have a pre-existing condition, it is essential that you inform the insurance company when arranging your policy.
